Product advertising that makes the product the visual hero
Someone looking at a product online cannot pick it up, feel the material or inspect the detail. Product advertising has to communicate what physical inspection would. PixlGen Studio makes a product understandable, distinctive and desirable through film, motion and controlled visuals.
What the visuals have to communicate
- Form and design, seen clearly
- Texture and materials, made legible
- Features, and how they work
- Craft and quality cues that a photograph flattens
- The story behind the product
- Why it is worth wanting
What can be produced
- Product launch video and launch films
- Product films and cinematic product video
- Product motion and product animation, including 3D product advertising where it suits the product
- Detail and material studies
- Feature demonstrations
- Hero visuals for campaigns
- Product visuals for websites and product pages
- Social product content
Product-led, not creator-led
The product is the subject here. Where a person should carry the message, creator and social ads are the better tool. Where the product sits inside a bigger idea, it becomes one part of an integrated campaign, and where it needs a home online, it becomes part of a website.
Where it gets used
A launch needs a hero film. A product page needs to answer the questions a still photograph cannot. A campaign needs product assets that share its wider look. Physical goods where material and detail matter, such as apparel, packaged goods, devices and objects, are natural fits, though the approach is the same for any product that has to be understood visually.
Positioning before pixels
The brief starts with what the product is for and who it is for, informed by years of product marketing. That decides what the visuals emphasise.
